Consistency may not be sexy…..but it can create magic within your business!
I’ll be honest….when I hear the word consistency I feel like yawning and switching off BUT the truth is consistency in showing up, doing the work, serving my clients has been a key part to growing this business.
It’s easy to show up when you feel great, but when life happens, it can feel a little harder.
However, that stop, start, the yo yo-ing literally means that you have to build that momentum from scratch each and every time, and honestly that can feel exhausting!
So take some time to figure out what your daily non negotiable’s are, plan them, build a habit around them and reap the rewards!!
Because let’s be honest…..growth, expansion, serving clients you LOVE…..that IS sexy AF!

So often as we build purpose-led businesses we get all consumed by what we are giving and our desire to make a difference....but remember, the law of compensation states that you also need to be open to receiving!

The real work….isn’t the doing!
So often as we grow our businesses we can get all sucked into the doing….trying to do more and more to hit that next level of success. Thinking that the growth will come from putting our energy into doing more, being more organised, sorting a funnel etc.
But this is not where the magic happens, and in fact when we put too much of our focus here, we end up with a never ending to do list, working all the hours and wondering why we’re not seeing the growth.
In order to really grow and scale…..it comes first from a mindset and an energy.
The real work is in creating space, having conversations about our desires, exploring options, seeing opportunities, digging inside of ourselves to see where we might be stuck in an old paradigm that will ultimately keep us in the same place.
The real work is going within and discovering the bigger, bolder parts of ourselves that desire to be freed.

You can be sensitive and have all the success you desire…
I’ve always been super sensitive, felt everything so deeply and fully. Not just my own feelings, but also others.
I used to see this as a weekness, I would hide my tears and my emotions, keep it all for behind closed doors where no one would see.
I was afraid of my emotions and the vastness of them scared me.
I would push them down,
Fight them,
Hide them away.
However, as I’ve been on this journey in my life and business slowly I have learnt they are one of my biggest strengths and also one of my greatest gifts.
Being able to feel it all so deeply is a beautiful, breathtaking experience.
I believe if allows me to tap into a perspective of life that many people are missing.
Because I learnt to love all of my emotions,
Because I realised their is a gift in each one,
Because I learnt to trust and navigate them.
And the journey continues.
It allows me to see those emotions in others, go deeper with clients, support them in unlocking new doorways and deeper truths.
It doesn’t mean it’s all pretty and light, in fact it can often be damn uncomfortable. It’s the spectrum that is part of the magic.
Our emotions are part of the powerhouses we are. Work with them and see them as that gift. They can be an incredible guide for us in our business, allowing us to find that balance, alignment, our own true north.
Nothing is more powerful than a women who can trust what she feels and follow soul. And no growth through strategy alone can ever match the magic we can create in business from this place! 💫

So as we step fully into 2023; expand your belief about what is possible:
HONOUR - yourself in every moment
ACCEPT - all emotions
KNOW - that it's safe to be you
SHARE - your message
And remember, it's SAFE to be YOU... just as you are!

Raise your vibration…
We all have those days where we could sit in doubt, struggle and stress but it’s what you choose to do with that, which truly makes the difference.
Whether you decide to swim in those lower frequency emotions or choose a better feeling thought!
It sounds so simple, and the truth is, it IS!!However, it’s not always EASY when you’re in the moment.
It takes practice, perseverance and choosing again and again.
So next time you’re feeling stuck…..just ask yourself “what is a better feeling thought I can choose here?”
Energy is everything and the energy we spend most of our time in attracts more of that! 🔥🔥🔥

Today is a self care day 🥰
After an epic in person event yesterday with superstar clients, today is all about relaxing, recharging and chilling with my family.
For me that means a fully body massage and a gorgeous spa (super excited that I’ve found a new one!) My fav coffee, a great podcast, a long walk and something delicious for dinner.
I got a few new bath oils, a candle to match and we are rocking the chillaxed vibe!!

How often do you stop and feel into what your next level is?
How you want to show up,
What you want to be known for,
The heart of the work you desire to do as you step into your future.
What I often find when I do this work, is that it can feel sooooo big. It’s easy to let that whole ‘little me’ syndrome set in and pull you off track.
These are the moments that we need to remember that our next level should stretch us.
There should be a feeling of having to grow into the role, otherwise where is the grow and evolution.
So dare to say yes to a next level that feels both exciting and a little scary.
Give yourself space and permission to grow!!

That moment when you just KNOW that you’re done with making do, settling, following the rules and fitting in!!
You know that moment, you feel it deep within your soul, you know that you were not born to follow the crowd, that you have something different that drives you and lives within you.
It’s an awareness,
Whispers from your soul,
A calling for more.
But then ego steps in,
you begin the question that knowing,
it feels scary to show up in this way and give yourself permission to be truly free, to lead lead yourself on this journey.
But this is your pathway,
Your calling,
The possibility and magic that awaits you.
So screw the rules and say yes to your soul…..start now, start today and take one day at a time.
You were not born to fit in……🤍

An opportunity,
To stop for a moment and pause.
To reflect on what has not truly been serving us,
To drop what is no longer aligned,
To make space for that which we desire and choose to embody on the next step of our journey.
It’s easy to get caught up in the energy of the new year, and without really digging deep, grasp goals, ideas that we ‘think’ we desire.
But spending time to drop deeper,
Feeling into what really drives you,
Noticing what gives you joy,
Brings a far deeper fulfilment that grows day by day.
Embodying the person you ‘get’ to be rather then living by default.

This week - as we sit ‘between’ the old year and the new, I’m consciously putting time aside to both relax and refill my cup, and also to drop deeply into what I desire 2023 to be for me….and the person I get to grow into in the process.
Yes I know ‘new year resolutions’ can be super lame, BUT I also believe that being conscious about our journey and really feeling into our desires is one of the most powerful practices we can have. And if we also combine this with gratitude, we are on the path that leads to deep, limitless fulfilment and adventure.
Being awake, aware and on purpose in my life I realise more and more is essential for my being. I get excited as I discover new depths within me, the adventure of becoming more of who I truly am.
So now is a time for really feeling into all of myself…..a journey of going in, diving deep, discovering the new.

Happy Christmas Eve 🎄⁠

Since as long as I can remember, every Christmas eve night we all go upstairs and have a little package waiting on our beds.⁠

My mum always buys us pyjamas so we're all in new pyjamas and slippers the morning of Christmas day. ⁠

I look forward to it every year 🤣⁠

As business owners, it feels like we have to either be really organised ahead of time, or work during the Christmas period. ⁠

There's sometimes a lot of pressure for us to still be around for our clients, and be available when they need us. ⁠
⁠
But really, it's about setting boundaries. ⁠
⁠
Setting your boundaries allows you to create that work life balance you've been dreaming of!⁠
⁠
And here's a few ways on how to do this:⁠
(this should be for all year round, not just Christmas)⁠
⁠
- Set your out of office on during the dates you're off⁠
- Remind your clients when you finish and when you're back⁠
- Create working hours to when you're available for clients and calls⁠
- Time block your calendar so you focus on different things at different times⁠

Remember that you created this business on YOUR terms. You deserve to have the break you want. 💜⁠

In theory... I LOVE the idea of winding down before Christmas. ⁠

I imagine curling up by the fire, drinking port, and walking in the snow....⁠
⁠
But the truth is, I simply don't operate this way.⁠
⁠
I AM the person who crams it all in, who rocks up at the shopping center on Christmas eve to do those last-minute bits of shopping, and who continues working until then....⁠
⁠
and the truth is, this works for ME!⁠
⁠
I love what I do every single day, so being busy and juggling it all can often feel exhilarating.⁠
⁠
And then when I finally do wind down, go out with the kids on Christmas eve, put the reindeer dust out and Santa's treats, I can stop feeling totally fulfilled.⁠

Knowing that now is the time to be fully present with my family and enjoy all of the magic.⁠

Community over competition ALWAYS.
This week I’ve been seeing so much negativity around female entrepreneurs.
And it’s been women pulling down other women.
- Women judging other women for sharing their message.
- Women judging other women for trying to build a business.
- Women telling women NOT to charge what they’re actually worth.
When we’re fighting against each other, how are we supposed to keep going and make it to the top?
Instead, this space should be all about celebrating each other.
We should be allowed to charge high prices.
We should be allowed to share our wins.
We should be allowed to build our businesses and do what we’re passionate about.
So can we stop pulling each other down, put less pressure on each other because we all know building a business isn’t easy and support each other along the way! 💜

We all know life happens when you’re trying to build a business.
Maybe you have kids,
Maybe you move house,
Or maybe you even move half way across the world...
Because of this, we experience a stop start journey as entrepreneurs. We’re constantly stopping and starting and it can make you feel like you’re a total failure.
I was petrified of failing and this resulted in my giving away my power, I gave away my time, I was putting people’s needs first and ultimately, I didn’t make growing my business a priority.
It wasn’t until I went all in with my business that things started to work. I broke through my own ceiling and had some major shifts!
